Steps
- Rinse the paper filter with hot water and discard it
- Add medium-fine coffee and level the bed
- Pour just enough water to wet the grounds and wait 30 seconds
- Pour the rest slowly in circles
- Aim for a total time of about three to four minutes
Adjust
Too sour or fast? Grind finer. Too bitter or slow? Grind coarser.
